We are not going to sell you a NEW device, if you already have a perfectly fine comperable device in place, just for the sake of selling our product. All-Tech evaluates the existing equipment, looks at the amount of labor involved in both scenarios and really examines and explains the options. We make our recommendations based on saving the customer the most money, not just using old equipment and doubling the labor cost either. Although it is true sometimes labor is more costly using older equipment the savings can out weigh the cost considerably. We won't however use old equipment if it is not sound, if the equipment in question is not reliable we will suggest replacing it immediately. We are a service company first and formost. All-Tech always encourages the customer to go out and actually buy any "consumer grade electronics" (i.e. Monitors, printers, modems/routers and other "normal usage" equipment) themselves, not only saving money but also self educating simultainiously. At the same time we also understand some of our customers don't have the time nor resources to do any of their project themselves and for them we offer full service as well.
